These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your use of the Hyporide mobile application and services (“Service”). By using Hyporide, you agree to abide by these Terms.
To use Hyporide:
You must be 18 years or older
You must provide accurate account information
You must comply with all local transport and safety laws
Users must create an account to book rides. You agree to:
Provide valid mobile number/email
Keep your login details secure
Take responsibility for all actions under your account
Hyporide may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or misuse.
Hyporide connects users with drivers for transportation or delivery.
Prices shown in the app may vary depending on distance, time, location, and demand.
Hyporide is a platform and does not own or operate vehicles directly.
Drivers are independent service providers.
Payments must be made using available payment options: online, wallet, or COD (if enabled).
Fare includes base fare, distance/time charges, surge pricing, taxes, and other applicable fees.
Incorrect payments or disputes can be reported via support.
Users may cancel rides according to the cancellation rules shown in the app.
Cancellation fees may apply based on waiting time, driver arrival, or last-minute cancellations.
Refunds are issued only for eligible cases following our Refund Policy.
Users must:
Provide correct pickup/drop locations
Treat drivers respectfully
Not request illegal or unsafe transport activities
Not attempt to avoid payment or misuse promotions
Follow safety instructions during rides
Misconduct may lead to account suspension or permanent ban.
Drivers on Hyporide must:
Maintain clean, safe vehicles
Follow traffic and safety laws
Be respectful towards customers
Complete assigned rides responsibly
Keep the app active during trips
Drivers who violate rules may face penalties or removal.
Hyporide prioritizes safety. You agree to:
Wear helmets/seatbelts if provided
Avoid harassment, abuse, or unsafe behavior
Report any safety concerns immediately
We may cooperate with law enforcement for safety-related cases.
Users may not:
Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app
Abuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access
Upload harmful or illegal content
All content in the app is property of Hyporide.
Hyporide is a platform that connects drivers and riders.
We are not liable for:
Accidents, injuries, or damages during rides
Driver behavior or delays
Loss of items inside vehicles
Service interruptions or technical issues
Users participate at their own risk.
Hyporide may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Fraudulent activity
Abusive behavior
Violations of Terms
Illegal actions
Users may delete their accounts anytime.
We may revise these Terms as needed.
Continued use of the app means accepting updated Terms.
Changes will be posted with a new effective date.
